David is the founder of Bubblefarmers, a start-up with the mission to introduce new, innovative winemakers to Asia. In his latest project, David works with Charles Legend, a young French Champagne house that was founded by a business-school friend of his 10 years ago.
What caught David’s attention is Charles Legend’s avant-garde approach to Champagne making, introducing a single-vineyard blend with a unique character.
